Last 24 October 2020, we had an online talk entitled "Mental Health in Times of Pandemic". The event, which lasted for about an hour, was presented by Mrs. Eli Prasetyo, M.Psi. In summary, she explained the importance of maintaining and having a healthy mentality by being grateful every day, not only when we are happy. In addition, she also reminded us that we also need to reflect and relax, especially when facing the pressures of life which are certainly not easy during this time of the pandemic. At the end of her talk, she informed the audience about the government-owned psychological services which can be accessed by contacting 119 ext 8. This service is intended for those who have psychological problems related to the pandemic.
